About Us
The Power of 12 DBA Women Who Win is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and empowering women, youth, and communities through education, mentoring, leadership development and community engagement. Our organization is a diverse group of women representing churches, organizations, professions and the community who share one common commitment; helping women, youth and families recognize that they have value, purpose, potential and a bright future.
Our goal is to be guided by the 12 Powers, to create safe spaces, build confidence and develop leaders who uplift their communities and change the world.
WOMEN MENTORING

YOUTH MENTORING
Girl Power
Encourage the development of key areas in the lives of youth academically, social emotional, spiritually. Through family, community service, personal awareness and life skills.
Girls that ROCK!
Using a character-based framework, Girls that ROCK! work to develop critical thinking skills to empower our young ladies to love themselves for who they are. Through this empowerment, Girls that ROCK! will grow to become mentors for the youth of Girl Power.
